***Things you should know before, during and after pranayama workshop:***

1. Practice on an Empty Stomach: Ensure your stomach is empty, ideally practicing early in the morning or a few hours after a meal.

2. Maintain a Straight Posture: Sit comfortably with your spine straight, whether on the floor in a cross-legged position or on a chair.

3. Breathe Through the Nose: Unless instructed otherwise, inhale and exhale through the nose to filter, warm, and humidify the air.

4. Start Slowly: Begin with simple techniques and gradually move to more advanced practices as you become more comfortable.

5. Practice Regularly: Consistency is key to experiencing the benefits of Pranayama. Aim for daily practice, even if it’s just a few minutes.

6. Focus on Breath Awareness: Pay close attention to your breathing pattern, maintaining mindfulness throughout the practice.
