FAQs

How do I get there?

Ticket holders will board a ferry from Fan Pier Marina (near the Moakley Courthouse and Envoy Hotel) and take a 30 minute board ride to Spectacle Island.

Where do I park?

Street parking and garages are available near Fan Pier but fill up fast on weekends. Nearest ones are Fan Pier Garage at 1 Bond Drive or One Seaport Garage at 75 Sleeper Street. We strongly recommend rideshare (Uber/Lyft) or the T (Courthouse stop, Silver Line) for a stress-free arrival. Drop-off at 10 Fan Pier Boulevard is the easiest option.

Does the boat return to Boston?

Yes. Every ticket includes a round trip. The ferry returns to 10 Fan Pier Boulevard after the island experience, featuring entertainment on the ride back.

How do I retrieve my tickets?

Before boarding the ferry, we will scan your ticket and give you a wristband. All 21+ ticket holders will be stamped. Please make sure to bring a government issued photo ID.

Are tickets available for purchase at the wharf?

No.

What’s included in my ticket purchase?

All ticket holders will receive a complimentary welcome drink upon arrival on the island.

How do I book group tickets?

For groups of 5 ($425) or 10 ($850), contact us directly at admin@mmeliteevents.com. We handle group bookings personally to ensure your crew is properly accommodated. Group pricing is available while capacity allows so reach out early.

Is there any way to cancel my order or get a refund?

All ticket sales are final and nonrefundable.  You may transfer tickets to another person by contacting us before the event date. In case of cancellation due to weather or force majeure, we will postpone to a new date.

What happens if it rains?

The event is rain or shine. Spectacle Island has covered areas and the ferry provides shelter. The event is only cancelled in cases of extreme weather affecting ferry safety, in that case, all ticket holders are notified directly with postponement information.
